To study the competitiveness of a company we use several indicators I1 , I2 ,…, In that can be expressed numerically. We note E1 the company whose competitiveness we want to evaluate. It can action several markets, but we will focus on one of them, where it competes with the companies E2 , E3 ,…, Em. Firstly, we aim to achieve the firms’ hierarchy operating on that market with ELECTRE method. Then we will see how to obtain the classification of these companies based on competitiveness’ index method.
